What You'll Need:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid SLP license for the state or ability to obtain one prior to start
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
Previous school-based experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and recommendations
Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
