nThe Jupiter Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our ever-growing team.
nSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)Responsibilities Include:
nnnThe Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which includes: providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.

nnAlso, the Speech Language Pathologist will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
n
nnAs well, the Speech Language Pathologist must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate therapy method.

n nSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)Qualifications/Requirements:
nnnMust have a valid professional license and registration for state of Florida
n
nnExperience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to
n
nnWell versed with documentation writing
n
nnExceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
n
nnPerform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
n
nnCompliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights.
n
n nSalary Range: Based on experience.
