Occupational Therapist Position

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current Occupational Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
Experience providing OT services in a school setting
Background working with students on the autism spectrum preferred
Ability to develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working full-time for the full school year
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students with autism
Develop and deliver individualized interventions to improve students' participation in school activities
Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other service providers to support student success
Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
Provide consultative support to educational teams on sensory and motor needs
