Job description
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatric Home Health
Role Overview: Provide pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings, collaborating with families and care teams to deliver individualized care. Focus on high-quality services with manageable caseloads, efficient documentation, and minimal travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and treat pediatric patients in their homes
Utilize point-of-care documentation tools for streamlined record-keeping
Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Engage in community outreach programs, including international service opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
Eligibility for or possession of CCC-SLP
Valid state licensure or certification
Current BLS/CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
