Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

$38–$42/hour
Marshall Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to support residents working toward improved communication, cognition, and swallowing safety in a collaborative care setting.
What You'll Do:
Conduct speech and swallowing evaluations for residents with communication or dysphagia needs
Provide therapy focused on cognition, language, speech clarity, and swallowing function
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy recommendations and compensatory strategies
Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
