Overview
nPosition: Speech Language Pathologist
nLocation: 55 Unity Point Way, Marshalltown IA 50158
nSchedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm
nCompensation: Starting at $70,000 and up (Commensurate with experience)
nIncentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
nSelect Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Marshalltown, IA.
nPrefer CCC's and experience in outpatient pediatrics but will consider a new grad.

n nResponsibilities
nnnBuild Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
n
nnCollaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
n
nnHigh Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
n
nnPersonalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
n
n nQualifications
nnnMeet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
n
nnState SLP licensure required
n
nnASHA certification is required
n
nn300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
