Key Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
Commitment to improving student outcomes and advocating for best practices
Position Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
Consult with staff and families on effective classroom and home strategies
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and related school activities
