Job description
Make a direct impact in students lives by providing comprehensive speech and language services for the upcoming full school year. Situated close to the stunning Niagara Falls, this contract opportunity is designed for a highly motivated, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Youll be working weekdays, 37.5 hours per week, from 8:55 AM to 4:45 PM EST, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The caseload consists of 21 speech students, offering a manageable, yet impactful, workload. This position is fully onsitevirtual solutions have already been trialed and found ineffective, so in-person dedication is paramount. Qualifications & Experience:
Current ASHA CCC certification as an SLP
Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based settings
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Commitment to onsite, in-person services (no virtual/remote options)
Effective communicator eager to make a positive impact on students lives
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to a varied caseload
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Complete assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
Foster productive relationships with students, families, and staff
