Job description
Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity working with young learners in a vibrant daycare environment. In this role, you'll provide speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 36-40 students. Your expertise will help nurture communication skills and foster growth for children at a crucial stage in their development, all within a supportive onsite setting.

Desired Background and Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license is required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not mandatory.
Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings, ideally with daycare-age children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and team members.
Flexibility and dedication to working onsite; those interested in one work-from-home day may be considered.
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to individualized intervention planning.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for each student.
Maintain detailed records and progress notes.
Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure consistent support.
