nBlossoming Minds Therapies is seeking a passionate and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing, clinic-based team. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on functional communication and early intervention.

nDuties
nConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
nDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional communication
nProvide engaging, child-centered speech therapy sessions
nCollaborate closely with BCBAs and behavior technicians to ensure consistency of care
nSupport and implement communication systems, including AAC when appropriate
nProvide parent and caregiver training to promote carryover of skills at home
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning
nQualifications
nActive North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
nCCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates welcome)
nExperience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
nStrong understanding of early intervention and functional communication
nAbility to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (ABA experience is a plus)
nExcellent communication skills with both children and families
