Location: Ware Presbyterian Village | Oxford, PA

We’re excited to welcome Per Diem Speech‑Language Pathologists to our team at Ware Presbyterian Village, a well‑respected community known for its personalized, resident‑centered approach to care.
What You’ll Do
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment; build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ communication, cognition, and overall quality of life.
Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume.
Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems.
Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members.
Contribute to a positive, team‑focused therapy culture.
Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
Degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
Active Pennsylvania SLP license in good standing.
American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) CCC‑SLP preferred.
A genuine passion for working with older adults.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A flexible, team‑oriented approach to patient care.
