InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Port St. Lucie. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team, this is the right opportunity for you.

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80–$90 per visit
*This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others may qualify for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver in‑home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
Active Speech Therapist (SLP‑CCC) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
