Role Summary
As a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, patient‑centered care in accordance with ASHA standards and state licensure requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families
Document evaluations, progress, and billing accurately
Participate in care planning and discharge processes
Provide caregiver and staff training
Recommend equipment and strategies to support outcomes

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
ASHA Certification (CCC‑SLP)
