nnStatus: Part-Time, Fee for Service or Full time Potential

nnCompensation: $112/hour for home/daycare/community
n
n nPlease note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.

n nResponsibilities:
nnnDesign and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
n
nnAdminister and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
n
nnOngoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
n
nnMaintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
n
nnMaintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
n
nnCreate and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
n
nnCollects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
n
nnProvide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
n
n nAbout You:

nnnLicensed Speech-Language Pathologist
n
nnNYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH
n
nnExperience working with students with autism preferred.
n
nnExperience programming Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Devices
n
nnBilingual is a plus.
n
