Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Ashtabula, OH. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You'll Do:
Provide SLP evaluations
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
