Position Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Evaluate residents and patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers
Promote dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life
Qualifications
Current Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist license
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Professional integrity and positive attitude
Commitment to excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
