Job description
At Highland Park Care Center, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional people. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and patients every day.
As an SLP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment to individuals experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow healthcare professionals while contributing to positive outcomes and an enhanced quality of life.
What You'll Do
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents and patients.
Deliver speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote the best possible outcomes.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
What We're Looking For
Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the State of Nebraska.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing resident-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
