Job description
Make a real difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near Saint Charles, MO. This contract position offers the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families while providing essential support to children and adolescents.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Previous experience working in a school environment is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organize and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
Consult with teachers, families, and other staff to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school functions
