Speech-Language Pathologist, SLP
Pediatric Clinic-Based Therapy | Ages 3–18
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
$80–$92/hour (approx. $166K–$191K annually)

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist, SLP, CCC-SLP for a full-time, clinic-based role in downtown Santa Barbara. This is a structured pediatric setting with consistent hours, no travel, and a collaborative clinical team.
SLP Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to children ages 3–18
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
Support feeding and swallowing needs as clinically indicated
Deliver direct therapy in a clinic-based setting
Complete documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team
Support children with developmental, behavioral, and communication needs
SLP Requirements:
Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Pediatric experience preferred
Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
Ability to engage children and support family education
Open to new graduates with pediatric focus
SLP Compensation:
$80–$92/hour (approx. $166K–$191K annually)
Open to higher range for strong candidates
Full-time, stable schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Clinic-based role, no travel required
