Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Orting, WA

We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Orting, WA. Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Orting, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

Compensation & Benefits: Estimated rate range: ≈ $45-50/hr , depending on experience, setting, and location

Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

PTO & Paid Holidays

Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Document patient progress using EMR systems

Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care

Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress

✓ Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Current WA SLP license (or eligibility)

CCC-SLP preferred , but CFs may be considered when supervision is available

Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
