Deliver focused one-on-one therapy sessions centered on language, communication skills, fluency, voice training, and swallowing difficulties.

Join forces with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to develop well-rounded treatment strategies.

Provide guidance to patients and families, ensuring they remain actively engaged in the therapeutic process beyond clinical visits.

Participate in inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions occasionally, guaranteeing seamless continuity of care throughout each patient's journey.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organization regulations.

Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in the field, engaging in peer discussions, and attending relevant educational events.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized and accredited institution.

A completed supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods tailored for all age groups, along with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing impairments.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, fostering rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Adaptability to customize therapy approaches in alignment with diverse cultural and linguistic needs.

Strong clinical judgment combined with problem-solving expertise.

Competent in utilizing electronic medical records and documenting practices effectively.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise.

Flexibility in scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance and a variety of patient cases.

Specialization opportunities in areas such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehab, or geriatrics.

Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.

Options for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Support for continuing education and professional growth.

A collaborative, team-oriented environment dedicated to high-quality care and lifelong learning.

A Vibrant Career Filled with Purpose
