Educate patients and their families on ways to support ongoing progress beyond their sessions.

Assist in providing inpatient speech therapy evaluations when needed, ensuring comprehensive care throughout treatment.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that aligns with all relevant regulatory frameworks.

Skills

Expertise in evidence-based approaches suitable for all ages, with deep knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding ability to connect with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative care environment.

Flexibility in adapting therapeutic techniques to meet varying cultural and linguistic contexts.

Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills.

Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records and adhering to compliance regulations.

Benefits

Attractive compensation that reflects your experience and dedication.

Flexible working hours to achieve your desired work-life balance and exposure to a variety of cases.

Options to delve deeper into specialties such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric care.

Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.

Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.

Reimbursement for continuing education and opportunities for skill advancement.

A cooperative and engaging work environment dedicated to high-quality patient care and lifelong learning.

A Role that Inspires Connection and Growth
