Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Prior experience in a school or educational setting preferred
Strong evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention planning abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Dedication to fostering student growth and inclusivity
Primary Responsibilities: Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
Deliver direct and indirect services through individual or group sessions
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
Maintain documentation on progress, participate in IEP meetings, and provide input on student goals
Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education requirements
