Job Description
Within this role, ourSpeech and Language Pathologist (SLP) willwork in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!
This role is on-site at ourSugar Land clinic!
Compensation:Competitive by session compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assessments/evaluations
Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism SpectrumDisorder (ASD)
Providing1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
Co-treat with ourBCBAs, OTs, and ClinicalDirectors
Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patientprogress

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHApreferred
Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texasstate board
Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
