Job description
Role: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapy to address various diseases and impairments, and support patient rehabilitation and family engagement.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program, hold a valid state license with a minimum of 3 C's, and have prior rehab SNF experience preferred. Note: This is not a CFY position.
Skills: Ability to work in a supportive rehab environment, utilize progressive treatment modalities, and be responsive to patient needs.
Additional Requirements: Background checks and a drug-free workplace. In-house therapy support with local management available.
