nnnCollaborate with physicians, care teams, patients and families to evaluate needs and build customized care plans.

nnDeliver targeted therapeutic care that helps patients make meaningful progress toward their recovery goals.

nnEmpower patients, families and caregivers by teaching them essential rehabilitation techniques based on their specific diagnosis.

nnManage your daily caseload to ensure seamless care transitions and strong coordination with medical staff

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnSpeech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-LanguagePathology and Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Speech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date. Will also accept Texas-Speech Language Pathologist - Intern

n nEducation:
nnHigh School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
