Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.
Strong communication with patients, families, and the treatment team is essential as you administer assessments, swallow evaluations, and develop and monitor treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
