Join our team as a Speech/Language Pathologist in a vibrant acute care hospital setting in Midland, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients' communication needs, developing individualized treatment goals, and administering a variety of speech therapy treatments. You'll coordinate closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure holistic patient care, all while promoting teamwork and adhering to hospital protocols. This assignment offers the chance to experience the fast-paced environment of acute care, where your expertise directly influences patient recovery and communication. The work is structured around 8-hour daytime shifts, providing a consistent routine throughout the 20-week contract.
