Job description
FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
nThis position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Oakley and the surrounding areas.

nnONE-ON-ONE TREATMENT: Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition. You determine the plan of care.

nnEASY DOCUMENTATION: Our Electronic Medical Record system is extremely intuitive, making documentation a breeze. Many clinicians complete documentation during the visit.

nnSTREAMLINED REFERRAL PROCESS: Access to patients at the palm of your hands. Use our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients in seconds.

n nQualifications:
nnnAbility and enthusiasm in working with all ages
n
nnCurrent Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology .
n
nnThe required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
n
nnCertification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
n
nnCurrent Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
n
nnCompletion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
n
nnReliable personal transportation
n
nnSmartphone

nnBilingual is a plus!
