nTrinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in our out patient rehabilitation department at Mercy Medical Center.
nThe Speech Language Pathologist is member of a comprehensive care team who identifies appropriate long- and short-term goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals for patients with mild-moderate cognitive deficit among other neurological disorders.
nWhat will you do:
nnnPerforms comprehensive evaluations.
n
nnEstablishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas, to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
n
nnProvides professional interaction with patients, family members, interdisciplinary team members, and other staff members and colleagues.,
n
nncompletes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, and regulatory compliance standards.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnEducation: Graduate of an accredited program with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
n
nnCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
n
nnState of Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
n
