Job description

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

nPediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

n$33-$45/hour (wages based on experience) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentive Bonuses

nPediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, in St. Cloud is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative pediatric clinic team. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout the lifespan. This position includes delivering in-house therapy services within ABA centers and outpatient clinics, with an expected 50/50 split between the two.

nWhat You’ll Do

nAs a Pediatric SLP, you will support children with a wide range of needs, including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges. This role includes a high percentage of AAC users and children with complex communication needs:

nnnDevelop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans

n

nnDeliver in-house speech therapy services within partnered ABA centers

n

nnMaintain a 50/50 service split between ABA center-based services and outpatient clinic services (May include travel time with mileage reimbursement)

n

nnProvide assessment, implementation, and ongoing support for AAC systems (low- and high-tech)

n

nnProvide evaluations and skilled documentation (evals, daily notes, progress reports, discharges)

n

nnCollaborate closely with parents and caregivers to support carryover at home

n

nnSupport speech, language, cognitive-communication, swallowing, and social skills

n

nnCollaborate closely with ABA teams to support interdisciplinary treatment planning and behavioral carryover

n

nnPursue appropriate funding sources for AAC devices, complete required documentation to support medical necessity, and coordinate device trials and implementation to ensure successful access and long-term use.

nnPartner with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic outcomes

n

nnManage a pediatric caseload and coordinate scheduling across service locations

n

nnComplete, accurate documentation and billing aligned with services provided

n

n nWhat You’ll Bring

nnnMaster’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

n

nnMinnesota SLP license (or license-eligible)

n

nnAbility and willingness to work within ABA centers and outpatient clinic environments

n

nnComfort managing an AAC-heavy caseload and supporting complex communicators

n

nnComfort working with children who may exhibit aggressive or unsafe behaviors

n

nnWillingness to complete Safety-Care or similar behavioral safety training as required

n

nnPediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong AAC interest are encouraged to apply

n

nnPrior AAC experience is not required, but candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in developing AAC skills and supporting children who rely on AAC for communication
