Job description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based, functional speech therapy to older adults in homes and senior living communities in Port St. Lucie, FL. In this autonomous, field-based role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, develop person-centered care plans, and document outcomes using productivity tools. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, receive strong clinical support, ongoing education, and mentorship, and grow into leadership opportunities in a mission-driven, geriatric-focused practice.
