Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
At least one year of skilled nursing facility experience required
Net Health experience required
Assignment Details Schedule M-F; 8 hours
Flex schedule available and required when needed
Floating to additional facilities required
Skilled nursing facility setting
Point-of-service documentation on iPad
88% productivity expectation
Form acknowledging risks is required if not vaccinated for COVID
