Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Skilled nursing facility experience required
No new grads
Assignment Details 8-hour shifts
Flex schedule available and required when needed
Point-of-service documentation using NetHealth on iPad
88% productivity expectation
Occasional float to another facility may be required
If not vaccinated for COVID-19, a signed risk acknowledgment form is required
