Minimum Requirements
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
* Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
* Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
* BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
* Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
* Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
