Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Mandatory reporter
Active State License
Active BLS certification
Driver's License
Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (SLP)
1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years
Assignment Details
8:00 AM start with 5x8 schedule, with 4x10 schedule possible.
Weekend requirement is voluntary.
Setting includes inpatient rehab.
