Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based evaluation and treatment for adults and seniors. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to help clients remain safe and independent at home. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate families and caregivers, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.
