Speech-Language Pathologist
A wonderful community healthcare facility located near Watsonville, California, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its team.
Offering $75.00 - $80.00/hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity:
Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Setting: Home Health

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities: Assess dysphagia, trial food and liquid consistencies, recommend safe diet modification, and lead oral-motor strengthening exercises
Treat aphasia, articulation issues, voice disorders, and verbal expression deficits
Educate family members and aides on safe swallowing protocols, cueing techniques, and communication strategies
Communicate regularly with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications: Must have a Master's degree or greater in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Must have or be eligible to obtain a California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Must have previous clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Must be CCC-SLP Certified
