nThe ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions in a clinic-based setting. The Speech Therapist will develop and implement personalized care plans to assist patients in achieving their goals.

nConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
nProvide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT's, OT'S, SLP'S and Assistants to ensure patient care.
nEducate patients and their families about treatment options, care plans, and strategies for daily living.
nMaintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

nMaking therapy fun!
nActive listener
nKnowledge of feeding is preferred
nExperience in pediatrics is highly desirable.
nProficient in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
nAbility to manage cases effectively while providing compassionate patient care.
nExcellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
nStrong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
nA commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in speech therapy.
