Job description
VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based care to adult and geriatric patients receiving home health and hospice services. In this role, you will perform evaluations, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapy to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and document care accurately, all within a culture that values clinical excellence, teamwork, growth, and work–life balance.
