Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatrics)
nUPMC Pediatric Rehabilitation | Williamsport, PA
nFull-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
nUPMC Pediatric Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our 625 West Edwin Street location in Williamsport, PA.
nWe are looking for a compassionate clinician with a passion for working with pediatric patients. Candidates with pediatric speech therapy experience and their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are preferred; however, we will also consider an exceptional candidate completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
n*Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow Starting Rate: $37.48
nWhat You'll Do
nnnEvaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
n
nnDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapy services.
n
nnComplete evaluations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
n
nnCoordinate patient scheduling, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
n
nnMaintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
n
nnCollaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes.
n
nnParticipate in staff meetings, continuing education, and community outreach activities.
n
nnDeliver exceptional patient and family-centered care in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
n
nnPennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility).
n
nnCCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
n
nnPediatric experience preferred.
n
nnStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

nnMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (M.S., M.A., or M.Ed.).
n
nnCurrent Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility for licensure.
n
nnBasic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
n
nnStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
n
nnAbility to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
n
nnAbility to maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
n
n nPreferred
nnnCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
n
nnCandidates who have completed the educational requirements and are actively completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
n
nnPediatric speech therapy experience.
n
nnActive involvement in professional speech-language pathology organizations.
