nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language skills.
nDevelop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
nImplement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills.
nCollaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
nMonitor and document client progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
nProvide education and support to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
nStay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
nRequirements:
nMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
nCurrent state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
nExperience working with diverse populations, including children and adults.
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
nPassion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
nFamiliarity with electronic health records and documentation practices.
nFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
