Effective for the school year, a vacancy for a full-time Speech and Language Therapist position for preschools exists within the Division of Student Services for the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position will serve preschool special education students countywide.

Qualifications
Valid PDE certification as a Speech & Language Therapist (required)
Master's degree in Communicative Disorders (required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence; Clinical Fellowship year considered
Current police, child abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required
Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire)
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide speech/language therapy services, complete evaluations and maintain all paperwork for a caseload of students including itinerant classrooms.
Salary Range SY)
$74,415- $107,845- all SLPs with Master's Degree in Speech Pathology/Communication Sciences Disorders(Track I)
194 day position, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
** Placement on salary range is determined by years of experience
