nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking motivated and enthusiastic SLP CFY candidates to join our school-based therapy team. Under the direct supervision of experienced licensed SLPs , you will assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for students while receiving ongoing mentorship, support, and professional guidance to successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship Year.
nKey Responsibilities
nnConduct speech, language, and communication assessments with CFY supervision.
nDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals under guidance.
nProvide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
nCollaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.
nDocument student progress accurately under supervision.
nParticipate in IEP meetings while receiving mentorship on professional best practices.
nRegularly meet with your supervising SLP for feedback, case discussions, and professional development.

nQualifications
nnMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
nEligible for SLP licensure in the state of practice (or ability to obtain before start date).
nASHA CFY candidates welcome.
nStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
