Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions to support recovery and maximize independence. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
