Job description
Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Speech Pathologist for the ENT Clinic on a full-time day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). You will screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with speech and language disorders across a range of conditions.
Requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, and BLS. Collaborative, data-driven care with documentation and training responsibilities are involved.
