Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans; and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.
