RSU 19 is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic SLP to join a friendly and supportive team of speech pathologists who serve our students as part of a dynamic special education team. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy for students who have been identified as needing this service through the IEP process, and will conduct evaluations and re‑evaluations of these students. The position is centrally located in Newport and serves the 5‑8 population at Nokomis Regional Middle School. CFY’s are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy for students identified through the IEP process.
Conduct evaluations and re‑evaluations of students requiring services.
Collaborate with the dynamic special education team to support student success.
Serve the 5‑8 population at Nokomis Regional Middle School.
Qualifications
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech‑language pathology preferred for ASHA dues coverage.
