Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The Speech Pathologist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
