nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based therapy team.
nIn this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.

nKey Responsibilities
nnConduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
nProvide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
nCollaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
nParticipate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
nDocument student progress and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.

nQualifications
nnMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
nActive SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
nASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidate's welcome!
nSchool-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
nStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
